Yes. Acceptance creates an enforceable contract straight away. The signer verifies their email, and a signed PDF is generated automatically.
Who can open a proposal?
You choose the security level. On low, anyone with the link can open it. On strict, the customer enters a login code first.
Can the booker’s colleagues view or sign?
Yes. With eProposal Parties, the booker invites colleagues to view or sign. Our Customer Success team turns it on for your organisation.

Can we hide tax or show agency commission?
Yes. Choose whether prices include tax, display agency commission and require a login code to open the proposal. eProposal applies your choices to every proposal your venues send.
Can we change settings for one booking?
Yes. Set defaults for tax-inclusive pricing, agency commission and the confirm button for your organisation, then override them in any booking’s Settings tab.
Can we take payment through an eProposal?
Not yet. Deposit and balance payments by link are planned, with a target of Q1 2027.
